ABOUT US
 Practical
Ecology Pty Ltd offers expertise in ecological restoration and
environmental planning. We have been in operation for over ten
years during which time we have accumulated exceptional knowledge
in our field, completed a diverse range of small and large
projects, and been recognised with several awards. We are active in
three main areas, as outlined below:
1.

- Flora & Fauna Assessments
- Net Gain Analysis
- Land Management Plans, as well as terrestrial & wetland
designs

- Design of species lists, wetlands, etc.
- Site preparation and planting
- Maintenance (hand-weeding, spot-spraying, stem-injection,
etc.)
- Specialist projects (eg. constructing fencing around
ecologically significant sites, engaging and working with other
contractors such as earthworks where ecological sensitivity is
required, etc.)
3. Education / Outreach
We are proud to have made a
significant contribution to the health of Victoria's native
vegetation, and look forward to continued involvement with public
